You can run a demo MTT analysis using a built‑in example dataset. This does not require an account and is perfect for trying Bioillumina before you sign up.

• MTT data template
• qPCR data template
• qPCR metadata template

• One column per condition (header with condition name).
• The header row must be the first row of the sheet (cells A1, B1, C1, …).
• Rows are replicates; non‑numeric cells are ignored.
• Display order follows the column order in the sheet.
• No blank title rows above the header; avoid merged cells.
• Normalization (optional):
  • MTT: set “Normalize MTT to column” to use that header as reference. If empty, the first column is used.
  • ROS: set “Normalize ROS to condition” with the exact header to use as reference.
• Colors (MTT): choose per‑condition colors with the pickers shown below the MTT options (optional).
